About CAPS

The Centre for Afghanistan Policy Studies (CAPS) is an independent, non-partisan and not-for-profit think tank working as a centre of excellence and a network of Afghan professionals in diaspora with the aim to connect Afghanistan with knowledge and expertise. CAPS works towards strengthening democracy, rule of law, and sustainable development as well as building an inclusive Afghan society. We work as a bridge to connect Afghanistan with knowledge and expertise.

Purpose

CAPS conduct in-depth policy studies and research to address critical issues facing Afghanistan. This research will inform policy decisions and provide evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders.

Youth Programs

CAPS is committed to empowering the youth of Afghanistan through targeted programs that enhance their skills and promote active civic engagement.
